NEW RADIO SINGLE RELEASE BY JETT’S CREEK
BAND SET TO PERFORM ON SONG OF THE MOUNTAINS

Nashville, TN (May 12, 2009) Bluegrass band, JETT’S CREEK, is proud to announce the upcoming new radio single, “Please.” The song, written by band member Angie Young, will appear on the May 15th Prime Cuts of Bluegrass, Volume #99. Jett’s Creek will debut the new single at their Song of the Mountains performance May 16th at 7:00 pm held at the Lincoln Theatre in Marion, Virginia. This past weekend, Jett’s Creek performed at the 5th Annual Fundraiser for Honor Flight Dayton, a regional hub of Honor Flight. Using donations, this organization is able to fly veterans to see their respective memorials in Washington, D.C., visiting the World War II Memorial, Vietnam Memorial, Korean War Memorial, Iwo Jima Memorial, and the Lincoln Memorial. “We were extremely honored to perform at this event and so happy they raised more money to continue this honorable program provided to our veterans,” said Angie.
Jett’s Creek includes the talents of Angie Young, Adam McIntosh, Jon McIntosh, Wayne Haddix, John Wax and Jeff Byrd. The group performs a variety of bluegrass including numerous original tunes: “Supposed to Be” and “The Prayer” written by Angie Young; and “Now I’m Thru With You” and “Two Ships” written by Jon McIntosh.
