Congratulations
to Audie
Blaylock
for this 3 IBMA nominations including his
nod for Emerging Artists of the Year and 2
nominations for his work on "A Tribute
to Jimmy Martin: The King of Bluegrass"
album. Audie and Sonya Isaacs were
presenters of two awards at the Awards Show.
We
were thrilled to hear Alison Krauss &
Union Station perform Donna
Hughes' original
song, "My Poor Old Heart"
from their "Lonely Runs Both Ways"
album at the IBMA Awards Show. Donna
was chosen this year to perform at the IBMA
Songwriter Showcase where she performed two
original songs with guest Tim Stafford.
She also performed at the Gibson Showcase
with Tony Rice.
We
want to send a special congratulations to
our client Danny
Roberts,
band member with The Grascals and their
award for the 2005 IBMA EMERGING ARTIST
OF THE YEAR and also the award for SONG OF
THE YEAR for the Harley Allen penned song
"Me and John and Paul."
